The quadrennial Congress of the Europe Region of World Physiotherapy is the leading event for those driving the advancement of physiotherapy across Europe, bringing together clinical leaders, researchers, educators, hospital and clinic executives, procurement professionals, health policy decision-makers, and representatives from the rehabilitation technology and services industry.
Below you will find the registration fees for all participant categories.

* You can obtain this reduced price if you are a member of a national member organisation belonging to World Physiotherapy such as the Spanish Association of Physiotherapists (AEF)
** You can obtain this reduced price if you are a member of any of the official congress collaborators.
*** Rate only valid for undergraduate students in Physiotherapy. (Master’s, postgraduate and doctoral students are not included)
How to register to #ERPhysioCongress2026:
1. Log in/Register to your personal area of the 6th Europe Region Physiotherapy Congress.
2. Go to the registration section and select the rate that applies to you (member, non-member, student...).
3. Make the payment online or through bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Technical Secretariat at physiocongress@alocongress.com

Name changes for registrations can be made free of charge if requested to the Technical Secretariat before 15 September 2026. After this date, name changes will no longer be accepted.

Cancellations received up to 15 September 2026, will be eligible for a refund subject to a €50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received from 16 September to 30 September 2026, will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations received from 1 October 2026 onward will not be eligible for a refund.
Payment Verification:
If the registration fee has not been credited to the Congress account by the time of the event, participants may be asked to provide proof of payment.
Any outstanding balance must be settled on site at the Congress Secretariat, preferably by credit card.
Visa Requirements:
Participants who require an entry visa to attend the Congress are advised to contact the nearest Spanish embassy or consulate in their country as early as possible.
The Congress Secretariat cannot intervene with embassies or consulates on behalf of participants.
Invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued only to participants who have completed the registration process and paid the corresponding registration fee.
This letter is intended solely to assist with the visa application and does not imply any financial support from the Congress.

Official Language:
The official language of the Congress is English.
Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided.
Badges and Access:
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge at all times while in the Congress venue and during social events, as it serves as the official access pass to the scientific sessions.
For social events, the corresponding ticket must also be presented.
Attendance Certificates:
Attendance certificates will be issued after the Congress and will be available for digital download from each participant’s private registration area.
Certificates of presentation will also be available for authors who have presented a communication.
Medical Assistance and Insurance:
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance and medical coverage for the duration of the Congress.
The Organising Committee and the Secretariat cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Congress.
Use of Image and Recordings:
Photographs and audiovisual recordings may be taken during the Congress for informational, scientific, or promotional purposes.
By participating in the Congress, attendees acknowledge and accept that these images or recordings may be used by the Organising Committee in congress-related materials, publications, and communication channels.
Data Protection:
Personal data provided during the registration process will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and will be used exclusively for the organisation and management of the Congress and related communications.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection in accordance with the applicable legislation by contacting the Congress Secretariat.
Force Majeure:
In the event that the Congress cannot be held or is postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Committee (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies,strikes, or other force majeure events), the Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the programme, postpone the Congress, or convert it into a virtual or hybrid event.
In such cases, registration fees will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and no refunds will be issued.
The Organising Committee and the Congress Secretariat shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
